No returns for refund
We do not accept returns for a refund. Instead, we offer exchanges and replacements, as explained below.

Exchanges within 7 days
If something is not right with your order, you can ask for an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The idol must be unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or defective idols
Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If an idol is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, tell us within 6 hours of delivery, with a clear photo of the idol and the parcel. We will replace it.

How exchanges work
1. Email devtatva27@gmail.com, or call or WhatsApp +91 88304 20259, between 9 AM and 6 PM, with your order number and photos.
2. Once we approve your request, we will tell you how and where to send the idol. Please do not send anything before we approve it.
3. Dev Tattva pays the courier for exchanges. Our address for exchanges: Dev Tattva, Flat No. 606, C-Wing, Vinay Unique Homes, Virar West, Virar, Maharashtra 401303.
4. After we receive and check the idol, we send your replacement.
5. If the idol you want is out of stock, we will offer you another idol to choose instead.

Lifetime warranty on colour fading
Every Dev Tattva idol carries a lifetime warranty that covers every type of colour fading. If your idol fades, email devtatva27@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the idol.

Not covered by exchanges
Gift cards, and custom or personalised orders.
